Chicken
- 1 Chicken (Preferably cornfed, more flavor) 1.2-1.5kg, I like mine around 1.3kg.
- 1.5 litres of chicken stock (Like Knoss, 3 cubes)
- 2 stalk, green onions
- 5 slices of ginger, long
- Salt
Rice
- 3 cups of rice
- 4 slices of ginger, long
- 1 bulb of garlic
- Chicken fat (I usually just get extra skin so i can reduce them)
- sunflower oil.
Soy mixture
- 100ml chicken rice *after cooking the chicken (Jennifer’s note: I think he might mean chicken broth)
- 100ml soy sauce
- 50ml sesame oil
- 25ml chicken oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar.
